How we handle information you share with us

What we collect
When you contact us or request a plan from the Planner, we collect what you tell us — typically your name, email, company, and a message. The Planner also stores the structured plan you generated (model, hardware, cost) so we can send it to you and reference it in our reply.
Why we collect it
To respond to your message, send you the plan you asked for, and follow up on prospective engagements. That's it. We don't use the information for advertising or sell it to anyone.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our application database (Neon Postgres, hosted in the United States) and the lead notification arrives in our email inbox. Outgoing email is sent via Resend.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not set cookies on your device.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your information at any time — email hello@inspireailab.com and we'll take care of it.

We may update this page as our practices evolve. Material changes will be announced here with a new “last updated” date.
